Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund/reprint policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or reprint. 

All of our items are made to order so we can only accept a return if:

An item arrives broken or damaged.

An item is not as you ordered - wrong item, size, colour, spelling mistake.

Printing is poor quality.

To be eligible for a return you need to take clear photographs of the damage or problem with the item. Please take several photographs to show the problem in good lighting. This must be done within 30 days of your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll start a reprint order or refund as per your preference.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SIZE ISSUES

As our items are made to order we ask that you take care when selecting your size. If you have a sizing issue, we do have an option, so please email with your order number and preferred size and we will deal with the issue for you.
